Participants will direct their own learning through the development of a project that is standards-based, student-centered and supports individual learning needs.  Participants will propose a collaborative or individual project(s) as part of the registration process.  For Instructional Assistants the project may be a continuation of  work started last year in the “Make and Take†PD sessions. Throughout the year, participants will receive feedback on their projects from a member of the Teaching and Learning department. All participants are encouraged to share created product(s) with colleagues.
